Ordering process 

Please send your In-flight catering orders to Info@SkyLinebyTwoGuys.com.

You will receive a confirmation that your catering order has been received and accepted.

In the event you do not receive the order confirmation from us within 30 minutes time please call our

24/7 Customer Service Number- 239-285-2772

Some tricks and hints when creating your order. 

  • Order in per person increments 

  • Indicate the number of passengers/crew on your catering order

  • Our Chefs can gauge and prepare the order to ensure there is adequate amount of food for all travelers.

  • Please indicate if the aircraft has a microwave or an oven.

  • Sending in your orders typed (not hand written)

  • Provide any special requests clear and concise so we can execute your request perfectly   

Cancellations: 

In the event of an order cancellation, charges will apply as follows;

  • 24+ hours advance cancellation- no charge

  • 24 hours or less cancellation- charged only for items prepared 

  • 2 hours or less- full charge 

In the event of an ASAP order placed, and soon canceled, only items prepared will have applicable charges 

Delivery Policy: 

We will ensure that your catering is delivered to the requested destination at the time specified by you. We would appreciate any updates, revised timings or special notifications provided to our Customer Service team.

Food Safety: 

SKYLINE by Two Guys Kitchen & Catering cannot guarantee compliance to an allergen free environment due to the use of common areas for storage of materials and common kitchen facilities for the production of all meals.
